Crikey, I have been sprung. While the cat's away, the mice will, rattle-on in tongues !!!
Welcome back, Ame.

Great photo of Felix - looking his usual smug self. After all, this was his house before it was yours. His rightful place is 'at the top'.
Totally agree with Ame!!!!!My schoolgirl French is certainly tested.
As Mme does look after her numerous birds as well as koalas and the other cats and loves them equally, there is no way that she would allow such behaviour Alice.

Hi Everyone. This is my other 'boy' - Felix. But I have known him since he was 4 weeks old.
Alice - all of the cats recognise the birds as "family" that get fed, just like they do, so they don't chase the birds nor hunt nor kill nor eat them. The cats are indeed very well fed. However, the cats do hunt & probably eat tiny lizards and have been known to catch the odd mouse. Lillipilli, one of our stray cats did catch a possum which broke my heart at the time.
Welcome back Ame, thank you for your hugs.
