Avowed Republican becomes the Queen's man in Adelaide
Retired Rear Admiral Kevin Scarce, an Avowed Republican and the man who helped South Australia win the air warfare destroyer contract, will be South Australia's new Governor.
He will be sworn in on August 8 to take over from Marjorie Jackson-Nelson, who retires on July 31.
Today, the tradesmen were at Government House and the Police were counting carpenters, cats and characters as they clocked-off, collected their pay and cleared out for a cleansing claret or chardonnay to clear their minds.
Je vous souhaite tout un bon week-end, mes amis.
