Madeleine Mc Cann

British girl, Madeleine McCann, aged 3, was abducted from Praia da Luz in Portugal on 3rd May 2007. Her parents were dining at a restaurant, leaving her and her twin 2 -year old siblings alone in their apartment.

Madeleine, of course, could be anywhere in the world now. If you see her or know anything, please call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or 0044 1883 731 336 for outside UK.

I have decided to show Madeleine's picture here on Adelaide Daily Photo, to help publicise this terrible event and circulate her photo so that everyone can look out for her. Her family and Sky News are asking people to circulate a poster/photo for this reason. Let's all pray that this beautiful little girl will be returned safe and well.

Rewards of £1 million - from a UK businessman, and £10,000 - from The Portugal News - have been offered for info. leading to arrest.

I thank Lynn of Cheltenham Daily Photo for permission to use the information, above.

I really hope that all the effort will bring her back, I believe the action of the portuguese police will be effective.

This photo brought tears to my eyes, M. et Mme.

Thank you so much for posting this. It's wonderful to think that more people will see her face and look at all little girls as a result of you reproducing the photograph here.

Fingers crossed that we, in a small way, can try to reach more people doing this.

It is Madeleine's 4th birthday today. 'Happy Birthday' sticks in my throat, but we are thinking of you Madeleine.

Thank you M et Mme!

Hard to say Happy Birthday Madeleine today without tears. I so wish she is found safe and sound.

Her face has been shown extensively on French and Aussie TV, and in many other countries too I'm sure. If only someone could see her! But I doubt she'll turn up at my local beach...

I think everyone gets that same sick (from the back of your throat all the way to your stomach) feeling from stories like this.

I hope she beats all the odds and makes it home safe.

May we all unite in strong prayer for Madeleine to be found and returned safely to her family. May God and her Guardian Angel stand by her and protect her body & her soul. Amen

It would be easy to think that she has gone to a family that wonted a child for themselves rather than she may have come to any harm. At least she is being loved. God Bless her. X
