The Grace and Style of the MG-TC
Even though only about 10,000 were ever produced, Adelaide has had its fair share of the MG - TC, 1945-1950. It cost £527 in England 1947. Since spring 2005, MG Rover has been in bankruptcy, but production started again in January 2007 by the new Chinese owners, Nanjing Automobile Group.
As MG general manager Zhang Xin said: "We want Chinese consumers to know this brand as 'Modern Gentleman'. To see that this brand represents grace and style."

A shame that they won't be building such gorgeous vehicles, just the usual metal boxes on wheels.

Very beautiful. When I was young girl I had a friend who had a MG. I was very impressed by that car.
Its was not red but cream colour.

Oh, sheer beauty M. Benaut. What a wonderful cherry colour, too.

Many years ago, i used to sell the poor man's version; Panther Kallistas. Quite lovely they were, too, though not to be compared really with this... i did get to drive a different one home each night... yay.

It reminds me of my first car - but considerably smarter! I had an MG E (I think? - born in 1939 it was - so what was that? it died I'm afraid and I bought a Mini when they first came out in the 60s I think...
