You asked for it !

Wednesday evenings in Australia are generally used for breaking the working week in half. Dividing by two can sometimes be difficult, so a barbeque in a local park and a few games of tennis can replace all that mental strain. The salt shaker is usually just to add colour to any photos that may be taken. February in Adelaide; no worries!

I DID ask for it, thanks!!

Great picture and what a lovely bunch of friends. Hi all!

Still can't get over this public barbecue thing, it's so good yet unbelievable. I think in the UK it just wouldn't happen, though i'd love it. I think you'd get there and find the whole thing covered in rubbish, cigarette butts even urine. Maybe i'm being unfair to the British public, see what Ham says.

Lovely photo thanks!

Looks a LOT warmer where you are, MB!
So who's who in the line-up?

I agree, even in the smaller towns there is little evidence of communual spirit in England (not so certain about Wales & Scotland)

wonderful atmosphere in the shot, makes me want to be there .... if the weather holds out for this weekend (v cold but fine) I'll break out the barbie for the first of the season. Last year I started in March ;-)

Glad you agree, was feeling just a tad guilty!
A professional barby, Ham? You show off you! It's going to be very brr this weekend though, dare you? I know you were going to invite me Ham, i can just feel it, but i shall have to decline on grounds of frozen tits. Oh sorry meant to type bits! Nah, i know you know i didn't...

Summer is a great time, Ame, I agree. In the meantime you've got inches of snow to throw at the camera and send to all your loyal followers. Bagpipe lessons in Norfolk and a fridge to stock with drinks in Cheltenham for Utsav and MOI !! Can you also get to see the King and Michael en Paris? Sacre bleu !!

Sounds superb. Fridge now replenished but that carpet - again! You naughty boys you can you tidy up next time please. Also, leave some for the ladies. Mme and i were parched by the time we returned from Cheltenham shopping. Tut.
