We're rushing to Menton, France tomorrow!
Since we will all need tranquilizers tomorrow, when we hurry to Jilly's wonderful Menton Daily Photo, I thought that I would show you an inanimate object. This is the Hilton Hotel Adelaide, overlooking Victoria Square. On a day of 40° C, it doesn't suffer from a personality change; - unlike the citizens who admire it.

Gosh, for a modern "lump pf concrete hotel" that's actually not too unattractive, Monsieur.
The colour contrasts beautifully with the sky.
Do you know who the manager is now? A few years back it used to be Jean-luc Fourrier, a Frenchman, nice guy too. Do you know if he's still there?
Can only agree with your comment of a few days ago about how insane all those new Meriton houses are. They make me very angry.
Beautiful building and I hope a good hotel.
Did Dive miss the link? Oh how he will kick himself!!
Great colours in this photo, M. Benaut, sand & sea colours!
I don't mind this building and in general, I do not like tall ones. This one doesn't sit too unkindly in my eyes.
