Paris - Day 3 - Afternoon

The afternoon was overcast and not a good occasion for interesting photos.
Without enhancing any shots, I hope you can nevertheless see where we were, and enjoy a little of the Tour Eiffel, l'École Militaire and the Très Handsome Young and Mad Gunman !!

Nice to see a 'different' shot of the Tour Eiffel - and adore the gunman. Can I have him for breakfast?! Sans gun of course.

A gunman sans gun, for breakfast ?
Sure. I'll send him down. Shame they don't have gun-women for breakfast !!
But knowing the French, - they probably do !

Gosh that photo at the top is superb. Really gorgeous. The one at the bottom is fantastic, I love his stance. He is indeed rather yummy, even if he does have lips of a lady. Perhaps this is the hunk I need today to replace Bush. You'd have to pop over to Paris to read any sense into that!

I'll be happy to do the gun-woman sans gun LOL - where's the uniform?

My favourite photo in this series is your number 2, I really like this unusual cropping.

The third is quite terrifying really. Reminds me of the militia during WWII (not that I have personal memories of that)

Great shots. Yes that one of Eric's is just a masterpiece isn't it? Yours is good too M B!!!!

We've been to Paris 4 times and only on the last trip did we bother to go up her - the girls were with us so talked us into standing in that terribly long snaking queue!!! Good opportunity to take photos though.

Altho some photographers have said that the Eiffel tower photographs are a cliche, I strongly disagree. It's a beautiful icon which many people love and I'm glad that you included it!
