Paris - Day 1 continued

The afternoon saw us shopping at the local stores in Rue Escudier in Boulogne-Billancourt and it was a pleasure to tag along and chatter to the shopkeepers and the locals.
On our return, Carliene phoned a restaurant in the tenth and booked a table for 20h, 30.

Dinner was to be at Chez Michel on Rue St. Vincent de Paul and Rue de Belzunce. We drove to the tenth from the sixteenth and on leaving the Boulevard Saint-Michel, crossed the Seine and the Île de la Cité where we quickly saw Sainte-Chapelle from the outside only, and the wonderful Sarah-Bernhardt Café.

Chez Michel was past a street of sex shops in the tenth and one could not imagine so many huddled together; very sexy indeed.

We enjoyed our dinner that evening with our dear friends and were happy to find the staff efficient and friendly and the food; - Il était fabuleux et délicieux et pas très cher.
If you go to Paris, try Chez Michel. I was not disappointed and the food was great.

Tomorrow we will take you to a newer part of Paris

Ah, j'adore la photo de la péniche et aussi celle de la boulangerie.

Est-ce que nous pourrons voir des photos de l'intérieur de la péniche? J'aimerais beaucoup!
