Since we are showing you our Australian Road trains, here is a 34 trailer road train. I have no idea how they can drive around a corner.
In Australia, we have all things and in all sizes. There is something for everyone in the wide, brown land.

I wonder if it is possible to unhook the last trailer whilst it is in motion. The driver would be too far ahead to do anything about it

Not sure where this amazing photo was taken but it sure reminds me of my home town.

I was born in Western Qld and yes "you can take the girl out of the country but you can't take the country out of the girl" - I still smell like gum leaves even up here in the hibiscus!!!!

Bergson,
Je demanderai au Herr Schaussengraben. Il saura la réponse. Je crois qu'elle pourrait être 1000?
Comment peux t il tourné à 90 °. Mon Dieu - crikey ! Nous demanderons aux Allemands.

M. homme de gail,
At 120 kilometres / hour, it poses an interesting challenge. Let's hope the beer is in the last trailer !

Jules,
Hard to tell the difference between this landscape and Rabaul? - apart from a few obvious things !

Here is a link that shows the Guiness World record road train. It has 112 trailers.
Thanks to Herr Schaussegraben !

A record road train - I suspect it didn't go very far, but impressive nevertheless!!!

Well you know what I was expecting to see when I scrolled down! I can sell you something far more effective, but it wouldn't make for as interesting a photo!!

I wouldn't want to try and cross the road while that was going through.

Are there railroad-type crossings at intersections, if there are any intersections in the paths of these giants? You know, with the barriers and the flashing lights?
