Une expression australienne traditionnelle:3

Jour 3.

The road from Purnong-Landing to Bow-Hill

This little movie will show you how dry the countryside has become.
Tomorrow we will arrive at Bow Hill and Young-Husband, and we pass through Old Young-Husband. We have some quite bizzzare names of towns, especially when one translates them into French !!

Oooh this is exciting, M. Benaut, hearing you speak! What fun. I want to do one of these. Please let me know what you did. he he. New toy!

The land is very parched isn't it. Looks fab still though. YOung-husband he he. I detect a frisson of 'can-can' in this village at some time? Do you know what i mean by that, or is it French dictionary flicking time? lol!

It's hard to know, exactly, Lynn.

It is surely fun for you; but for me, I hate to hear the sound of my own voice. It makes me cringe; - Je me blottis !!

If you make a movie on your digital camera, you can whack it into Blogger in lieu of the normal, everyday shot that one might post. This one was 27 seconds long and took up 36 megabytes. it took a long time to upload. Mainly because blogger asked me lots of stupid questions that were either intimidating or difficult to answer. You need to be a teenager to understand all this crap. For those of us in our late 30's !!, it's harder to do.

Moi, j'adore cet accent!

he he i know, since turning 31 last year, it's all a haze...lol.

I shall try the blogger thing at some point. I never use the vid setting on my camera, i really should.

I too hate hearing my voice, if i'm excited, i seem to sound about six in my view and when i'm relaxed, i've been told i sound like some Mayfair Madam (frequent comment from my ex editor) or the most common one is that i'm from MI5. My father usually responds in some sort of spy accent to my answering with "..the dog is behind the bush.." !! Yours sounds great though. It was fun! Mme next please.

Ripper, Dive.
I'm practising my British-English so we can talk to each other in late August !
I'll drop you a line, old son.
