Our Australian crocodiles are hungry for more tourists, (to visit them naturally).
They prefer the taste of both British and Brazilian tourists, but Tourists from Florida are always welcome.
This little fellow lives in the Adelaide River, which is in the Northern Territory, quite a long way from Adelaide. S.A.

Little fellow??? Great shot.
I seen them feeding the crocs in FL on a trip we took years ago. I think it was in Kissimee (spelling?), FL. This photo reminded me of that.
Oh My!!! look at the size of that jaw!!!
I fear for Lynn and me, you know the big nasty boys won't think twice before saving themselves and throwing us in front of one of those.
Do you know what is Michael's technique to scare away the crocos? I can't reveal it here, you'd have to go to Rio to know his BIG secret.
Excellent shot, but I loved the description even better! LOL
lv2scpbk : In Florida we only have little alligators (fresh water) not crocodiles (normally salt water I believe). Wouldn't want to be too near either to tell you the truth. That is why we always have a few Brits and Brazilians nearby just in case...
I remember to have seen some nice "salties" on the Aussie East Coast, just before Cairns...Frightening.
Wow! some crocodile. I don't suppose anybody swims in that water!
Well! M. Benaut and Michael how cruel, cruel indeed. I am now too frightened to go to bed just in case i have a nightmare about them. "keep Brits and Brazilians nearby" indeed and "prefer the taste of British and Brazilian". The picture here is indelibly imprinted upon my brain. Unfortunately. Monica and i respect Michael so much we will push him further along the queue ahead of us. T he croc looks scary and will not take kindly to my perfume i think. Saviour perhaps.
Lynn I'm pretty scared too. Just look at the croco's big mouth... I'm crying with fear like a little girl now!
Hmmmm....but Lynn, do tell...I believe I read over in Paris that you are now out of this perfume. Will the croc be able to detect more clearly the scent of a fresh and tender delicacy? Better get a restock of the repellent soon!
Ooooh yes Michael it IS a worry. Purse won't stretch to Jean Paul Gaultier at the moment though. I'm in big trouble i think! Perhaps Monica will give me a spray of hers.
