Elle est près de notre maison, mais je n'ai pas besoin des deux premières offres, peut-être juste le troisième?

It's close to home, but I don't need the first two offerings, perhaps just the third?

You have so many cool Victorian buildings down there, Monsieur B. And you seem to take more care of them than we do. Though a decent roof might be nice on this one.
I imagine you could actually get some thinking done in this place....
Such a beautiful building...seems so much more appropriate than the huge, new churches around here.
