Our Lady of the Rosary : Stirling
This quaint little Catholic church specializes in burials, marriages and quiet prayer.
It's close to home, but I don't need the first two offerings, perhaps just the third?

Peter loves his new balcony.
In fact, sometimes, we just sit here, drink coffee and solve the problems of the world.
No worries !

The Leathersmith and Bush Gallery : Hahndorf
It was early Saturday evening, in Hahndorf. Madame and my friend, 'The Boat Doctor', were ordering the repast.
I was outside counting Fords; (an Australian expression for a particular anti-social habit), and, as always, with my camera.
I thought that you would love a photo of this wonderful old barn; recently transformed into a Bush art gallery.

Air Apartments, overlooking Adelaide's Parklands

http://www2.blogger.com/img/gl.photo.gif
The square mile of Adelaide is circled by a wide parkland belt, the vision of it's first Surveyor-General, Colonel William Light, from 1836.
1960's buildings are now being converted into modern apartments and the 10th floor penthouse in "Air Apartments", was sold today for $3,100,000.
When this building was the headquarters of the "Electricity Trust of South Australia", I looked out at It's upper floor views each working day!
