Pierre aime son nouveau balcon

En fait, parfois, nous nous asseyons juste ici, nous buvons du café et alors nous résolvons le problème du monde. Pas de problème !

Peter loves his new balcony.
In fact, sometimes, we just sit here, drink coffee and solve the problems of the world.
No worries !

I know I haven't been around in a while. I don't even know what time zone I'm in half the time. I usually get a quick glance of your blog, but can't always dedicate the time to comment.

But I wanted to comment this time. I realise what I really like about your blog is that it seems to be written for YOU, your close friends and family, and anybody else is just "gravy" or "cerise sur la gateau". That's why I like it. It seems so real and a window into your lives. Just had to say that...

All the best from Richmond, Virginia where I am at the moment. Heading back to Paris today and landing on Thanksgiving day. Hope they serve turkey on the plane!

Bonjour mon bon ami, Michael,

I have just been talking to Eric in Paris, on Skype.
He said that you were away somewhere, but not, where. It's a coincidence that I have cousins in Richmond, but I have not seen them in many years.
Perhaps you should call in to Oz on your way back to Paris.
You know that it would be good for your soul.

En tous ca, Madame et moi, we are planning our trip to France next August, so we will come and haunt you.
We will keep you informed.
Thanks for your nice comments; I really appreciate them. You do know, of course, that you were one of my initial inspirations when I made the commitment to become a DP Blogger.
I followed Eric's blog, naturellement, and quickly saw the link to you. Enough said.
Then there was the episode with all the limericks on the occasion of 'Eiffel Tower in the mist'. That was too funny for words.
It's been great fun, and without being an active blogger any longer, you have developed quite a following amongst your dedicated fans and followers. You should see how certain eyes light up when you visit them.
Thanks for stopping by,- and William loves his TGV.
You may even meet him in August when the whole Benaut family invade Paris after my son's wedding in that little country across la Manche.
Il est maintenant trois heures le matin et je doit dormir.
Merci encore de Madame et moi.

Are you going to publish a report about all the problems of the wourld you have solved? :)

Wow, what a beautiful deck,'cept I wouldn't want to be the one who has to clean the glass.

Hope all is well in your part of the world! We're just over here preparing to eat turkey tomorrow on behalf of all the Native Americans who didn't shoot us when we got of the boats. :>

I won't be eating turkey myself though, it goes with the whole being a vegetarian thing, ya know.

Take Care,
P

That glass is much too pristine for my family. No way would we be able to keep it looking that good.
