Adelaide tram lines are not too straight. Today, probably because of the Melbourne Cup, our new tram decided to jump the rails. There's always a bit of fun in Adelaide.

Hi M Benaut - have been out of the loop the last couple of days and not happy, but this made me laugh!!!

Loved your posts from Sydney with your adorable grandson.

Cool shot, MB. They look like snakes lying in wait for a tram.

Ooooh, Melbourne cup today?
I hope you'll have some lovely hats to show tomorrow! Madam's, maybe?

Loved the account of your holiday with William in Sydney. These five days were obviously too short.
I'm sure there'll be a very generous Santa returning for Xmas.

Your tram jumped the rails today? So they're no better than Sydney's trains??? Oh shame on Australia's public transport system...

m.b. - please delete my previous post if you can, wrong link on my name

Good shot. I have a friend who does this job, at night. Tiring and dangerous, he walks 6 miles along the track every day.

What a darling you are - you have coaxed me out of my sulk from under the bed and ... I have decided to take your advise and just cool it and post and visit when I can - I know you will all be tres understanding.

I am so horizontal now I might need a
