On a sunny Thursday in Adelaide the girls look slim but never scrawny.
They do look very nice from the front, but I was a scaredy-cat when faced with the thought of taking that shot.
Maybe I should forget trams and concentrate on ..... people?

I do like photographing people i must say. Sometimes you get a strange look but well who cares. Like the composition in this one. I'd have felt a little more at home had they had some curves though.

You're incorrigible, MB.
Though for decency's sake you could have cropped out the guy in the shorts.

m.benaut, does mrs.benaut know about you roaming the streets of Adelaide and "innocently" taking pictures of pretty girls?

Wonder how you managed to find such a thin lot. They tend to be.... well, rounder, in Sydney.

Ircorrigible curves are on the list.
Shouldn't be too hard to find.
Shall I try the city or the beach ?
I must confess though, that people are harder to shoot than one might think.
Actually, Lynn, when they are using mobile phones, they don't seem to have a clue, as you alluded to today.

Oh, and I envy you the sunshine by the way. We're plunging into autumn here!

Nathalie, I was photographing trams.
Vous n'avez pas noté le tram jaune ?
The girls just happened to get in the way !

I promised you, on Jilly's Blog, to send you some shots from Sydney next week. We shall see how rounded Sydney girls really are.

I will post ADP from Sydney, - si Sally ne sera pas dérangé.

Ah ah, les Australiens craignent les Australiennes (to tell the truth, I do the same :-))

Nice spring day in Adelaide......... It's frustrating to think that it's going to be winter soon here.

Ah, variety is the spice of all things, eh? I too love photographing people, but am usually rather reluctant to do so, unless I have asked permission.

Dive - the guy on the left is a bit of a honey - love the shorts and the haircut!!

M B - did you get his phone number???

Il vaut mieux les prendre en photo de dos, car des fois de face on est déçu, ce n'est pas ce que l'on attendait!

Nathalie, thank you for looking out for me but it is impossible to curb the natural instincts of man. As long as he is out on the streets, he's not inside doing naughty things is he? May he roam the streets in the sunshine all day (but one must also assume that he was on the way to or from an appointment with or for a client, not simply looking for photo opportunities).

PS In Australia, if one is too strict, one risks being called "Pharlap" - the greatest Australian nag. Pharlap for those who don't know was a racehorse.

I love this "Pharlap" thing Mme. I'm going to have to use that along with Monsieur's "Crikey". Oh the important things we learn here at ADP!

As for concentrating on people vs. Trams, I don't want to be a pharlap, but don't scare me like that M. You wouldn't dare...would you? Ok, I'll compromise...photos of people INSIDE trams! Crikey!

Forget the girls, I'm looking at the guy in the short shorts! Those legs put them all to shame! ;-)
