Les maisons d'Adelaïde sont construites sur le type d'argile de sol. <BR/>Quand l'argile devient humide, il peut augmenter considérablement et fortement. Donc, la structure montera et tombera, en hiver et été. Les bases concrètes étaient trop faibles en années 1960. Cette résidence, il pourrait détruire quelqu'un.
